Payment is due in full prior to dispatch unless a credit account has been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer (BACS) and other payment methods as agreed. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of your trade account. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
We offer free next-day delivery on all mainland UK orders over £500. Orders below this threshold may be subject to a delivery charge which will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Delivery timescales are estimates only. VONEY LTD is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. Orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and islands may be subject to extended delivery times and additional charges.
You must inspect all goods upon delivery. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to notify us within this period may affect your right to make a claim.
Legal title to goods shall not pass to the buyer until payment has been received in full by VONEY LTD. Until title passes, the buyer must store the goods separately, clearly identified as the property of VONEY LTD, and must not sell or otherwise dispose of them.
